Ken "Coach Kem" Napor leads Batang Europa's U19 squad, guiding selected players through the Global Hoops International Showcase and NBTC national selection process in Manila. A believer in tough love and high standards, Coach Kem is known for pushing players — especially guards — to be "extra exceptional."
